Corrugated Cardboard for Christmas Shipping and Wrapping

Vote for this contest contender!

If you want to help our environment as well as save money then stop using wasteful, polluting bubble wrap and tape for wrapping and posting your gifts. Look instead at using almost free and stylish products like corrugated card and old fashioned string. Corrugated cardboard can be found at any supermarket, where they throw their used packing materials.

It is so crinkly and funky when you cut it to size. It protects your precious gifts, even china and glass and fits so well if you mould it with your fingers. Tie it up with lots of old-fashioned cotton string or jute, buy a huge ball, and make some card labels and your friends will be delighted. You can also get a warm glow from knowing you aren't adding to the plastic pollution in the seas and on land.
