1 lb. jimmy dean hot sausage
1/2 onion, diced
Brown onion and sausage. Drain fat.
32 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 can diced tomatoes, drained
1 can black olives, drained and sliced
1 small can diced green chilies
Dump sausage and onion in crock pot. Add above ingredients and cook on warm or low, stirring occasionally until melted. Enjoy with tortilla chips.
I serve this on game day and the boys are always scraping the bottom of the pot. Hope you like it too.

Cheesy Taco Dip
1 pound lean ground beef
3/4 cup water
1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
1 (16 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
1 (1 pound) Velvetta cheese, diced in very small cubes
In a large skillet, brown ground beef. Drain fat. Stir in seasoning packet and water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to simmer. Let cook for 5 minutes, stir occasionally.
Place ground beef mixture into a slow cooker. Add tomatoes and cheese to the slow cooker and stir to incorporate. Cook on low for 1.5 to 2 hours. Stir before serving with tortilla chips or corn chips.

2 packages, frozen chopped broccoli
1 8-oz can mushrooms pieces, drained
1 cup butter
1 large onion chopped
2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
2 rolls of garlic cheese, cut up
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 can slivered almonds
Cook broccoli according to directions and drain. Sauté onions in butter. Add all ingredients except mushrooms and almonds. Simmer until cheese is melted. Then add mushrooms and almonds. Can put in a chafing dish to serve or put in a crock pot on warm. Serve with crackers or Fritos.
