I've just got a new sofa which is black and silver. I've decorated my front room with 3 white walls and 1 light grey. My furniture is black glass with chrome legs, my coffee table is see thru glass and chrome legs. I want to know what colour curtains I should get to go against white walls?
My floor is medium colour oak laminate and I also want to know what colour rug I should get for under my table. I'm going to get a black mirror and wall art and a black nightshade, as I've got black lightshades on my lamps.

Why don't you get sheer gray curtains, and a gray and black print rug? It will be beautiful!
I like the idea of chrome colour d curtains but for the rug I envision a shaggy white one. Congratulations on having such an awesome minimalist living space
Red goes with these colors. It will keep everything in your house from being a little too monochromatic if you go with red curtains and maybe a rug with a modern circle or geometric black and red or white and red design.
I would do something light a llight sheer even grey.... would be so pretty :) enjoy!
It seems that maybe a splash of color is needed somewhere. Have you thought of maybe using a light orange or peach sheer behind a gray (or white) sheer? Or even another color of your choice? This would add some light color without destroying your general theme.
Maybe for your rug you might think about a white with some splashes of black.
If you decide to use a little color in your curtains you might want to add a couple of pillows to enforce the selected color.
