Our dog is 1.5 years old. When we are with her in the apartment she never peeps or poops (even up to 9-10 hours). But when we leave her during the day or for 3-4 hours, even if we have taken her right before for a walk, she very often does it in the house.
We also have a dog walker that takes her for a 30min walk during the day. So she has a break between these 8-9 hours. Also when we come home and she has peed/pooped she knows she has done something wrong and stays in her bed. We have tried punishing her, ignoring the fact, giving her many treats when she does it outside, but nothing works.
Also I don't think it's separation anxiety cause she doesn't bark as far as we know. Any ideas/advise would be greatly appreciated.

If she is healthy physically you may have to crate her when you go away.

I would make sure you are using the word 'outside' when you catch the dog in the act. Make sure you are saying, not yelling, 'Outside' and making it sound really exciting.
Also, make sure you are not leaving food out all day, since that will make the dog have to poop all day, especially is if is not a grain free food.
If the dog has gone in the house, there is no point in talking to the dog. Do not let the dog see you pick up the poop off the carpet, but have it in another room. When the act has happened while you are gone, there is simply nothing that you can do.
When you do catch the dog in the act, pick the dog up and take him outside or to the potty pad. Sometimes potty pads are better when the dog is not able to get outside for long periods of time.

First check with the vet for any potential health issues. Separation anxiety can be considered a health issue, treatable with medication or natural products if you have reputable holistic vet like we do.
Crate training is the best way once you get a clean bill of health for the pup. The vet can tell you what works best for the pup's breed. My one daschshund took 2 years to be fully trained.
Never use a raised voice or discipline but is all about redirect and positive reinforcement.
Never leave dogs outside unattended, especially if it is a small dog. We have had dogs near to us killed by hawks and coyote. The latter just a few months ago. That dog weighed 30 pounds and was killed by the coyote when the dog tried chasing it. Tragic.

I think you may be dealing with separation anxiety. Barking is not the only symptom. Having someone come in to walk her is great.
