I just got my hair colored today, but I don't like it so much. I asked for a caramel color and my hair is lighter than that. Plus my hair fell out when I was there. They had to cut it small and damaged my hair a lot. Anyone know if I can dye it again soon so I can take off this color and just go brown?

I would go back to the salon. Tell them they damaged your hair and they either have to fix it or give you a full refund. If you get the refund, deep-condition your hair weekly for 4 weeks before dying again.
Further processing will only damage it more. Go back where you had it done. In the meantime, start conditioning it.
No I would let it grow out first because of damage.Deep condition it first ,hot oil treatments will be a good idea too.
Then re-dye it after that.
I would talk to the hair salon that did your hair and arrange for them to dye it when it grows out.
