Supplies:
brass candlestick
foam scraps
small round tablecloth
elastic string
Steps:
Put the foam scraps on top of the candlestick.
Put the tablecloth on the foam scraps and tie the stretch elastic string to secure everything to the candlestick.
There you have it. An easy to make hat rack in less than 30 minutes.
