Entire Circuit Not Working?

We lost power to one of our circuits. We changed the breaker, but there is still no power. There is power to the breaker. Can the problem be a bad outlet if its the first one in line coming from the circuit?

You could have a bad wire or loose connection.

I have learned the hard way that there are 2 things to go right to the experts on electricity and plumbing. Both can wreak havoc if you make a mistake or guess wrong. I am all about frugal and thrifty when needed. Please don't be penny wise and pound foolish and consider calling in an expert to figure out your issue.
