Financial Assistance for Plumbing Repair?

I am a senior citizen living on Social Security only. I believe a pipe under my house has broken and the kitchen sink won't drain. A power snake would not open up the drain and came in contact with regular dirt. My house is built on a cement slab and the cement will have to be busted to do repairs, costing thousands of dollars. Where can I get help?
