I do not have any money to pay a vet bill for my dog who might need surgery. I have no pet insurance. I need to find a vet that will let me pay in installments in the Glasgow or north/south Lanarkshire area.

You do give any reasons for not being able to pay a vet but any kind of surgery will be very expensive and even a vet taking payments may be more than you can afford. Also, most vets will want a substantial down payment before they will even see your dog - at least that's the way it usually works in the US.
