Fish Cakes

Easy and delicious fried fish cakes.

Total Time: 20 Minutes

Yield: 6 fish cakes

Ingredients:

Steps:

  1. Add tuna, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, chopped onion, and egg into a large bowl.

  3. Mix the ingredients with a fork.
  4. Scoop a generous amount of the mixture into your clean hands. Shape it into a patty.
  5. Roll the patty into a bowl with the coating mixture of bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Heat a large skillet with about six tablespoons of canola oil.
  7. Place coated patties into the skillet and cook over medium to high heat for twelve minutes. Flip patties a few times, every three or four minutes, until both sides are golden brown.
