baked Flourless Chocolate CakeThis would be a healthier alternative to chocolate cake because there is no flour. Very easy and simple to make and tastes just as great, sort of like a giant brownie too. Pairs great with fresh berries and drizzled with melted chocolate.

Prep Time: 15-20 minutes

Cook Time: 25 minutes

Total Time: 40-45 minutes + cooling time

Yield: 1 cake

Steps:

  1. Melt chocolate and butter over double boiler on stove.
