Steps:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Melt the butter in the microwave. Set aside.
  3. Beat the egg. Then combine with the butter.
  4. Add the milk. Beat until frothy.
  5. Add in the dry ingredients and combine well.
  6. Fold in the cranberries.
  7. Bake 20-25 minutes.
  8. Cool on a wire rack.
