Fudge Did Not Set Up?

I used evaporated milk instead of condensed and it doesn't set up. Is there any way to salvage it?

You might not have cooked it long enough. You now have to be careful of sugar crystallizing, so you might want to use it as a fudge sauce.

Mmmmmm! Chocolate and evaporated milk are my go to recipe for dipping fruit and marshmallows into and spreading on generic pecan Sandy cookies.

Omg! Yum! Just rewarm in the microwave for a few seconds at a time until it remelts. You have made me hungry :) this is my fav recipe to do on purpose.. sounds like you may have found it by happy accident.
