I would smother them with insecticidal soap.

If you can safely use a hose to spray them off that is the best way. The second best way is to take a bucket of hot soapy water (a few drops of any dish soap or detergent) and sponge them away.
Be sure to sweep or rake the residue away from the house.
Be very careful using chemicals especially if you have pets or small children or anyone with asthma or other breathing conditions as they can be dangerous to them.
