I get rid of spiders by regular dusting and vacuuming
Perhaps a recluse spider. Vacuum everything then use a spray repellent to keep them from coming back.
Hard to tell with photo. It may be a wolf spider. I use this site a lot to id spidy visitors www.termite.com/
I go back and forth with spiders. Upstairs visitors get taken outside (I put a plastic cup over and slide paper under then out away from the house.). I worry about the dog playing with them and getting bit.
Basement ones I usually leave be. They are good at eating bad pests. That said pgh has few highly dangerous spiders. If I lived somewhere else, I may react differently.
