If you are talking re earthworms, why would you want to? They will keep your grass healthy. They are a sign of good soil health. If they are earthworms they just come up when it's too wet for them to breathe and they will go back down as soon as it dries a bit.

If it's another type of worm call your local extension service.

If you are referring to earthworms, WHY would you want them out of your yard. They are very beneficial to your yard.
