Hair Dye Stripping Mistakes?

My daughter tried to strip the black hair dye using color-oops, and well oops is exactly correct! Her normally blond hair is now orange at the roots, red in the middle and black at the ends. Please help us fix it.

Black is the most difficult color to remove.
Since the ends are still black, use Color Oops again. Color Oops doesn't contain ammonia, nor peroxide, nor bleach, which can affect hair health. This why your daughter can use Color Oops more than once.
Use a good conditioner afterwards. Rinse 20 minutes. It will re-darken if your daughter doesn't rinse the full 20 minutes.

Your daughter's hair turned orange and red because dark-colored dyes have more pigments, and not all of the pigment may come out.

Use ash tone. That ash tone shouldn't be in the blonde range. The blonde won't be able to completely cover her hair surface, and her hair won't look blonde. Because the tone she removed was dark, if she put in lighter shades, she would need to bleach her hair so that the blond color could be seen over the light tone. For example she can apply a brown ash 4.1 or a chocolate ash 5.1, or a light brown ash 6.1. These tones will perfectly cover up the oranges. And all that, without needing to bleach.
Your daughter can recolor the same day.

Its time for professional help. If money is an issue, go to a beauty school, where they are supervised carefully.

The only way to fix this is going to a salon. Trying to fix this yourself is only going to cause more and possibly permanent damage to her hair.
