I bought this in an auction recently and was hoping to find out if anyone knows what its origin is? It looks very old but looks can be deceiving, and it's in fair condition. It almost looks like a Mickey Mouse but I can't find it anywhere online? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

From the eyes, it looks like something won in a fair or carnival. I dont think it is worth much.

He looks like a monkey in homage to Curious George. Can you tell me how tall he is? What is he stuffed with? Were there any tags or a place where the tag may have been (sometimes where the tag is can help figure out the maker).
