Honey Garlic Salmon
This is an incredibly easy way to make your salmon pop with just a handful of ingredients. It's sweet, it's savoury, and can be ready in about 10 minutes. Enjoy!
Total Time: 10 minutes
Yield: 2 servings
- 2 4-ounce salmon fillets
- salt and pepper
- 3 Tbsp honey
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp white or apple cider vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Put some oil in a large nonstick pan over medium-high heat. Sprinkle salmon with a bit of salt and pepper, then place in pan to cook for about 4 minutes.
- While salmon is cooking on the first side, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, vinegar, and garlic. Flip the salmon over, cook a few minutes, then pour the sauce on top. Cook for a minute until sauce is thickened. Transfer salmon to plates and drizzle with pan sauce.
