Ice Cream Bread

This is super simple and within an hour they are done. Just two ingredients that you would never think of to make bread but it works!


Prep Time: 20 minutes not counting melting time.

Cook Time: 40 minutes

Total Time: 60 minutes

Yield: 6 muffins or 1 small bread loaf.

  1. Melt 2 cups ice cream of your choice. Mine was Alaskan Moose Tracks so every now and then I got a yummy peanut butter taste!
  2. Add 1.5 cups bread flour. Mix in bowl with spoon. Spray the muffin tin.
  3. Pour into the tin cups and bake at 350 F for 40 minutes. Let cool and they pop right out. Enjoy!

sorry, i just saw it was from Pinterest

my real question is, what is so special about bread flour v regular all purpose flour? could i use just regular old flour?
