Identifying Figurine?

I am trying to identify this item to see it's worth. I am selling some of my late aunt's belongings to pay for the costs of her passing.

I cannot find this item using Google Lens. I've tried searching the numbers/letters on the bottom and I'm having no luck.

Does anyone recognize this figurine? TIA.
