The second one is some kind of sunflower
The first one looks like a Moulin Rouge sunflower and the second one is also a sunflower. I believe the second one is a hybrid sunflower.
The red color one looks like Chrysanthemums(mums) and the multi colored looks like Dahlia's-one of the 42 species.
I'm not sure what the first flower is but the second one looks like a sunflower.
I answered this question yesterday thinking the yellow flower was a type of sunflower. Today while out shopping, I saw a flower like the one in the photo and it was labeled Chyrsanthemum.
I believe the second plant may be a Daisy Chrysanthemum but there are a lot of varieties in the Chrysanthemum family so it is difficult to be sure.
Yours plant is unusual in that it seems to have a double petal that I have never seen but it could be hybrid - very unusual.
