I have these 2 plants and I do not know their names or their water requirements. Can anybody identify them?

I believe your first plant is in the Solanum family but I have not seen this one growing.
I think it goes by Solanum rantonnetii (Blue potato bush) so check out these photos and if it looks like your plant I have a link to care instructions.

Top left looks like something in the pansy family.
I am fairly sure your second plant is called Gloxinia sylvatica Sunset Gloxinia or maybe Gloxinia 'Little Red'.
This is an unusual plant and can be grown outdoors in some areas or container grown for indoors.
