Identifying Insect Eggs (Apple Snail Eggs)?

Identifying Insect Eggs - elongated cluster of pink eggsThese large pods of little pink dots look like they may be some sort of larvae or egg, or possibly some sort of algae. These are found in central Florida, if it helps. I am very curious as to what they are. Any help is appreciated.
