Identifying Insect Eggs?

Anyone know what type of insect these eggs belong too? They are located in a bedroom in the corners and edges where the wall and ceiling meet. I cleaned the spots off a week ago with a mold and mildew remover and they are back.

I am wondering what it is and how I should get rid of them once and for all.
