They could be fleas or termites. Put the eggs in a sealed plastic bag and go to any place that sells pesticides. They can identify it and sell you the right pesticide.
I had something similar about a year ago. It is from a moth. This isn't my picture. I seen the moth laying here eggs on mine that's how I know. I found this image on google. Hope this helps.
