Looks like a drain fly. If they are coming up from a sink drain pour boiling water down the drain a few times a day. That should eliminate the issue.

It is some kind of fly. Pour some bleach down the drain.
it is some sort of a fly. They may come in your house from your sink. You can try to put out sticky flypaper or even pour hot water or bleach down the drain to try and kill them off.
Drain Flies,and other common names- sink flies,filter flies,or sewer gnats.Small,love humidity,clogged or slow drains!Clean drain and sanitize(bleach helps).
Humpback fly (phorid) flies. There is a moisture issue. They eat decaying matter. Find the source and eliminate it. You can also treat drains with Forid Drain Gel cleaner.
