If you can't find any information on the back, bottom, or in the drawers of the dresser it may be necessary to go to an antique shop for more information about your item. We can not help out a lot if there is nothing for us to check for.
It would help if you could fine brand name, serial numbers, age, type of wood , etc. Right now it just appears to be painted furniture in good shape. Need more info!
