Looks like a lovely Aluminum Plant (pilia family).

They are super easy to grow and make "babies" (cuttings".

Mine, when I had them, were very low maintenance. They liked bright light and a lot of water, but only when they were dry. Don't over-water them. They hate wet feet!

This is Pilea Cadierei- better known as a Aluminum plant. This plant loves water and sun. Also needs lots of room for its roots. Caution- it is toxic for cats and dogs!
