I bought this beautiful painting at a Wisconsin thrift shop. I always love to know the history of anything I buy. I am having a difficult time identifying this painting.
The signed name is Janet. There is no last name. Does anyone know who painted this, or the name of the painting, or when it was painted?

This was probably done in an art class. It is pretty, and not worth much
There are thousands of artists doing similar works so I really doubt there is very much information available.
Since you are only interested in history of your painting you can probably post it on some of the art forums and see if someone recognizes the artist.
