I am not familiar with this name but eBay has a lot of "expert" doll collectors/sellers and they do help with identifying dolls for people.

I am trying to find name and year for this doll (my nan is selling about 15 and I'm stuck on the first one!) box is Maryse Nicole and details on the neck are all I have to go by, any advice greatly appreciated thanks
You can check your doll on auctions sites (eBay, Etsy) to find out what similar dolls are selling for. The value is very low - sometimes no more than $5.00.
I am not familiar with the manufacturer. I can tell you that 15,000 of these were made and it has no value monetarily.
