Identifying a Porcelain Doll?

Identifying a Porcelain Doll - doll with long dressI picked up this beautiful doll at a thrift store today (we named her Adora). She is about 14-16 inches tall and has brown mid-back length curly hair. She has no markings on her clothing, and the only marking she does have is on the inside of her right leg. Can anyone assist with her age/value?

This doll may have been made from a kit. It is not expensive. Enjoy it for what it is.

If there are no other marking on the doll except this one on the leg then this doll is made from a kit. You can find these type of parts in a craft store and normally the legs have a similar marking on them.
