Identifying a Porcelain Doll?

Identifying a Porcelain Doll - doll with curly auburn hairI'm looking for the maker of this doll and when she was made. She is unbranded, but she has, "Sara" and "Made in Italy" written on her back. I just got her at a thrift shop today and I'm very curious.

There are so many dolls it is hard to find just one doll or who made it with the information you have given us. I am adding a link to a site that can help to identify the doll maker. This is all the doll makers that are from Italy. Can you check here and let me know if you see any of these marks on the doll and post back to let us know which one is on the doll. That really helps to narrow down the search and find the doll maker for this doll. Thanks dollreference.com/italian-doll-makers.html
