Identifying a Porcelain Doll?

A porcelain doll in blue with dark hair.I am looking for any information about this doll. She was given to my daughter around 15-18 years ago by an older lady that collected them. She didn't give us any information about the doll. The head, lower arms and lower legs are porcelain. The rest of the body is just stuffed. The stamp on the back of the neck is hard to read, but it looks like F 98 006. Any estimates on what the value would be?

This could easily be a doll made from a kit. A lot of dolls in kits had marking like this on the back of the head. The value of these dolls is very low these days and even if you could sell this doll you may not get more than $5 to $10 for the doll.
