I can't find a tag or any identifying marks on the doll. She has, from hands to shoulders, head, and legs that are separate pieces attached by thick cord. Does anyone have an idea where I can find some info on her?

I have several of these novelty dolls that were sold in boutiques around the world. Some were made with rubber bands and others with the thick cord you are describing. A lot of countries sell these in boutiques to the tourists. My aunt and uncle traveled the world and each time they returned I was sent one of these dolls from the county they had visited. I can't find anything on the dolls they sent to me either. Each country would order these dolls from Twain or China for their stores and sell them. They are normally mass produced and to find out a lot of information on them is impossible.
She is lovely! On todays market the value is low. There are so many of these type dolls for sale online. They are asking up to $50. The ones that are selling are only getting under $25 at best.
