Identifying a Porcelain Doll?

So a friend of mine has this doll (she doesn't know I'm asking this question but there's a reason). She's searched on websites and indexes and can't find the doll. Before you ask there are no marks nor does it say who made her. Can anyone help me with this? Also by what doll, I mean what's her name and maker if possible. Thank you.
