Identifying a Porcelain Doll?

Identifying a Porcelain DollI have this doll that is from the Knightsbridge Collection. Her certificate said she was a limited edition doll named Emily, but my sister searched it up and showed me that the Emily doll from that series actually has brown hair and does not wear the same dress as mine so I kind want to know what her name is.

Look for markings on the doll itself. You may have to remove the clothing. Then you can go to www.dollreference.com to research it.

Most all dolls in the Knightsbridge Collection claim to be limited editions and it is true except it is usually a very large edition and really does not mean much of anything. These are mass produced dolls and, although very pretty, usually are not very valuable. Because of the high production it seems they tend to reuse a "favorite" name many times.

You can check the collection on eBay or Etsy and you may be lucky and spot your doll (maybe under a different name) but the certificate may belong to another doll (did you buy it new in the box?) as unscrupulous sellers do change things like this sometimes as it may make the doll sell for more.
You may be able to find a mark on the back of the neck but probably not a name.
Here is link (from a London shop) that shows 3 Emily dolls:
