Identifying a Porcelain Doll?

Identifying a Porcelain Doll - older dollI might end up posting more, but so far this doll seems to be the only one I have that does not have a mark on it. I have checked for tags, imprints, etc. I checked the feet too. Does anyone know of this doll? The hair and flowers on the dress have me considering that it came from family in Austria when I was younger (I still have family there), but it has been a long time and I don't think anyone remembers the origin. Also a deceased family member used to give me porcelain dolls as a child so I cannot be certain if this came from her either.

I would greatly appreciate help in identifying!

It will be hard to identify without markings. If it has no markings, it is probably not worth much.
