I had this when l was a baby (about 25 years ago) l know this a weird toy
For a baby, but l love him by the heart. His name is BB's. I always wondered where he come from and what he look like if was new.
He lost his wings when l was younger and his tag is wearing off. I look for everywhere on the Web (ebay, Google, etc), no luck. Hard to find him. I think he very uncommon to see about.

Without tags it will be difficult to identify. I would check eBay daily and eventually it will come up.
Toys with no brand name/tag are usually very difficult to ID but there are several toy forums online that can sometimes identify 'unknown' toys.
Reddit also has a site for helping find/ID vintage toys:

This site has a lot of vintage toys so send them a picture and even if they do not have the toys they may be able to help with identifying your bug.
