This looks like Anthrenus Scrophulariae- better known as a Carpet Beetle. Harmless to humans, but love fibers and vegetation.- en.wikipedia.org/.../anthrenus_scrophulariae - mybios.me/.../

I'm wondering if it might be a bed bug? Although that would be a bit weird in the bathroom

It looked exactly like a Roly poly bug, I just had never seen those colors before, but it definitely was not a bed bug lol thank you for the response though :)

It does not look like a Anthrenus Scrophulariae larvae at all!
The carpet beetle larvae has long hairs extending from the periphery of the body. And the carpet beetle larvae does not have antennas.

This is a Woodlouse.
Woodlice ("Pill Bugs" in the United States, and "Slater Bugs" in New Zealand) come in a variety of species. I think you have species Porcellio spinicornis (Brickwork Woodlouse) en.wikipedia.org/.../Porcellio_spinicornis.

The common woodlice is a small and oval-shaped crustacean. They usually measure no larger than 15 mm, and their brown/grey colored exoskeletons are distinctive thanks to the numerous horizontal ridges running along them - as well as their protruding antenna.

Woodlice are harmless creatures, and dont present any health risks to humans, but they may cause superficial damage to wooden upholstery.

To get rid of them:
Vacuum them up.
Use an anti-insect spray.
Seal up the holes.
Try an electronic pulsing device.
