She is a lovely doll but with just this much information it will be difficult to help you.

  • Dolls like this are not very common so it will probably take a more experienced person to identify this doll.
  • There are several places on the Internet that do offer free information about dolls.
  • Here is one site you might want to ask your question.

  • There is a doll person on eBay that offers information for a fee of $4.00. She seems to have a good reputation and usually gives a lot of information for that small amount of money.
  • The first link explains how she works and the second link is to her eBay site. Hope someone can help you.

Famous doll makers normally will stamp the dolls with a logo or symbol they have of their own. They are unique markings such as this: dollreference.com/doll-marks-s.html

There is another reference you can check out and they give you tons of listing from 1946 to present this site has all dolls listed by the maker and this might make it harder to find your doll. dollreference.com/hard_plastic_doll_marks.html

One good thing is that whoever made this doll only made 90 of them and that means it wasn't mass produced like most dolls are today. You can always try an antique auction house in your area. They normally have experts there that can help to identify the doll and tell you how much it is worth.
