Information About a Wooden Desk?

This was my Mother-in-laws desk. She's had it as long as my husband can remember, so it was purchased around 1970 at the latest, probably earlier. I looked everywhere, did not see any markings or stamps, and haven't been able to find pictures of similar desks with that split desk top online. Does anyone have an idea of a manufacturer, or anything else I can check to get more information and maybe figure out roughly what it could be worth? Thank you!

This desk looks like it is from the 1950s or 1960s. If you cant find a manufacturer mark, it will be very hard to identify it.

As for value, brown furniture doesnt sell well where I live. Many people give this away. Start asking $75 for it, and lower the price if necessary.
