I got two queen mahogany beds a couple weeks ago. The guy I got them from said they were from 1800s. I can't find too much info on it, please help?

Is it a queen, double or 3/4 size? If they are queen, they are probably from the 1940s or later most likely the 1960s as This style (pineapple type top) was popular then. If it is a 3/4 size, maybe 1800s, but most likely early 1900s. A double is most likely after 1900.
This style was made by so many companies that if they aren't marked you may never know their exact pedigree.

Just realized there was a second headboard. Not enough info to go on on that one, although from the looks of it (quick glance) it looks 1980s, but need much more info to figure that out.

For the pineapple, you can start high at $1000 and take whatever someone offers, which could be as low as $25.
For the other, I would need to see more, but it if is an 1980s set, they have little value in most places. You could start at $200 and take best offer, which could be as low as $10.
I am basing my values for my location in south western PA.
If you want an accurate starting gauge for your town, call or send photos to a few local consignment stores and see how much they would value them for if they were in their shop. That is retail. You can expect to get less than retail if you are selling them on your own.
Furniture values are one of the most variable commodities out there. In some cities an item can sell for a lot of money because they are in high demand and low supply. In other places, they are high supply and low demand and you find them for free on trash pick up day.
A general rule is start high and take what someone offers.

I, personally, do not believe any of these headboards are anywhere close to being from the 1800's so you are probably not 'into' the antique business with these headboards.
These are not pieces that can be shipped easily so most sellers offer bed pieces as local pick up only. Do you think that any of your neighbors would be interested in buying one of these pieces?
I can only speak for my area - central Florida - probably the very most you could value these items would be $25-$45 and they may not be a quick sale - local pick up only. The value here would depend on what is included with the bedding (rails/boards/hardware) and the condition. Most likely the only person wanting the pineapple bed would be someone that wanted it for a small amount and intended to refinish it.
Other areas may see these pieces entirely different so take Pghgirll's advice, list them with high starting prices and lower if necessary. You will need some very good pictures and bed sizes and a list of everything included. Local pick up only.
