Information on Porcelain Doll?

A decorative porcelain doll.I've had this doll for a long time and I honestly cannot remember where my granny got it from. It has no marking on neck, legs, wrist, or feet. I'm really just looking for information on the doll.

There should be a clear identification name or number on the head, shoulder, neck, or bottom of your doll's foot which can be used for online comparisons or when consulting an appraiser.
There's a doll forum & information here that may help identify your doll:

It will be hard to identify without markings. You may have to undress the doll to find them. The face looks like an Ashton Drake doll to me.

You wrote that "it has no markings on the neck, legs, wrist, or feet". Without marking, it is almost impossible to identify a vintage doll.

Examine her dress, maybe there is a label there.

It's difficult to tell exactly what type of material her clothes are made of, but she reminds me of the doll 'kits' that so many people bought as they wanted to 'create' their own doll.
You could pick out the head/hair and body and then you designed and made their clothes.
You do not say how tall your doll is but it looks about the size of a Barbie doll.

Not sure that I'm on the right track but the clothes look 'homemade' to me, especially the hat.
Did your Granny do very much sewing?

I believe your best place to ask will probably be one or two of the doll forums, as these members are very good with identifying dolls.
One site has a donation spot but a donation is not necessary to join.
However, they may want more pictures: close ups of face and also back. They like pictures of dolls without clothes, so see if you can remove the clothes safely. If not, take pictures of the feet/legs and hands.
Provide measurements and year you think it was made/purchased.
