I occasionally find these bugs on my headboard. Can you tell me if they are bed bugs please as I have looked all over the rest of the bed and cannot see anymore. We do not have any bites on us either so I am a bit unsure of what it is.

I have just found another on the opposite side of the headboard, this one was a bit smaller and a slightly different colour. I have pulled the bed apart but I can't see where they are coming from.
i just googled them. and found a picture.
but i cant figure out how to put it here.

No bites at all and only found them on the headboard about 5 times in the last month, thanks
