How should I measure all of the ingredients for this size of a pan, 16 5/8 x 11 7/8 x 2 1/2?

This size pan holds close to the same amount as a 9x13 in baking pan. If your recipe calls for the ingredients to be placed in 9x13, then you do not need to change anything unless you have a little extra of your ingredient quantities. (I lots of times just add a little extra if it's in a little bigger pan like this) If your recipe is for a 9" square pan you will need to double your recipe.
