This was a creation that came out of not having the necessary ingredients for a different recipe. My family absolutely loved it, and they have asked for me to remake it.
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- jar of salsa
- 1 medium sized pepper
- 1 small onion
- Kraft Cooking Creme - Santa Fe
- 1 cup of noodles (I used rotini)
- cheddar cheese or Mexican cheese
Brown the ground turkey, and drain if necessary. Add the pepper, onions, and salsa. Simmer. Cook the noodles according to the package directions. Add the noodles to the turkey mixture. Add the entire package of the Sante Fe cooking creme. Mix thoroughly. Add the cheddar or Mexican cheese on the top and serve. YUM!

Cooking Time: 35-45 Minutes

- 1 box mac and cheese
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/2 lb. ground beef, browned
- one onion chopped
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup black beans
Cook box of macaroni as package instructs. Add browned ground beef, sauteed onion and other ingredients to pot of mac and cheese. Add 1/4 to 1/2 cup of water. Depends on your preference as to how moist you want it. Heat through and serve with corn bread and green salad.

- 2 Tbsp. Zesty Italian Reduced Fat Dressing
- 1 lb. pork tenderloin, cut into strips
- 1 envelope taco seasoning mix, divided
- 1 cup each red and green pepper strips and zucchini slices
- 2 cup Minute Brown Rice, uncooked
- 1 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup 2% milk reduced fat shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Heat dressing in large skillet on medium high heat. Add pork; sprinkle with half of the seasoning mix. Stir-fry 2 minutes. Add vegetables, rice, water and remaining seasoning mix; mix well. Bring mixture to boil. Reduce heat to medium; cover. Simmer 5 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese; cover. Let stand 5 minutes. Serves 4.
