Miso Kale Stir Fry

Very healthy, fast, and delicious side dish!

Ingredients:

Steps:

  1. Wash vegetables - kale and green bell pepper.
  2. Dry the kale and cut the center stem off. Then cut the kale in half.
  3. Slice bell peppers and dice white onions.
  4. Get a pan, add olive oil and turn on high heat and add green bell peppers, red miso and sauté for 5 minutes. Then add kale and mix together for 10 minutes. Sprinkle dash of salt onto of the side dish and ready to serve.
