You could frame some pictures of you(and your siblings if you have any) I made four posters once, with one letter on each, L O V E. I made them in really cool designs then took 4 pictures of me holding each letter then framed the pictures and gave it to her and she loved it. If your not artsy then you could find cool letters on Google and print them out.
One thing you could do is make her a cake behind her back then give it to her.
