Sift dry ingredients; add uncooked oatmeal. Add remaining ingredients, stirring only until moistened. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full and bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees F.

No sugar in this recipe?
I made these a few times according to the recipe, and they were pretty good. I love the texture. It makes six muffins just the right size (for me, at least). I bake them in my toaster oven. I did feel that they could use a little sugar, so after the first few batches, I added 1/3 cup of granulated sugar to the dry ingredients, and I thought they came out even better.
